In the inaugural Taiwan MOHW "Top 50 SMART Applications" evaluation, VtR stood out among 115 submissions to win 2 awards. Both applications comply with the TW Core IG Taiwan FHIR Implementation Guide.
Taiwan Lipid CDS Decision Support System (lipid-cdsu)
Taiwan's first clinical decision support system developed according to the "2025 Taiwan Lipid Management Expert Consensus," helping physicians obtain precise lipid risk stratification and medication guidance during consultations.
Automatically classifies patient risk levels with consensus-guided LDL-C targets: General <130, High Risk <100, Very High Risk <70 mg/dL
Red, yellow, and green indicators show lipid target status — physicians can assess patient risk and treatment progress at a glance
Provides Statin dose recommendations, Ezetimibe combination therapy, and PCSK9 inhibitor timing guidance based on risk stratification
No patient data is stored; all computation is performed client-side in the browser, ensuring zero privacy risk
